We offer simple computer build consultations, whether for gaming or graphic work.
We offer basic computer troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades, Windows machines only, we do not support Mac at this time.
Private citizens supported, we do not support business level needs at this time.
We don't do physical computer repairs, only replacing/upgrading parts intended to be replacable/upgradable. No soldering.
Customers looking to upgrade or needing parts replaced will need to purchase the new parts themselves. We will provide a link to what we recommend and give some options, but to keep overhead costs down, we do not purchase or keep replacement parts in stock.
Basic software application support is supported, ranging from help with installation to basic application support. Remote support and assistance is available for most instances, in specific cases. This is done on the side for a love of IT, so times available do vary as availability fluctuates.
TLGCCS reserves the right to refuse service at any time, in an instance where customer equipment is with TLGCCS, it will be returned to the customer in the same condition recieved should service be rejected or unable to be rendered for any reason.
